Went back to school today...

Yup, school has started again. SooN, will be thrown into the whirlpool of tutorials, lectures, projects and lack of sleep....

I have no complains about that though... guess I am quite used to a hectic life. But at the same time, I'm not the kind that enjoys stress.

It was Law Welcome for the Year 1s today. Instead of holding it during the school week, they decided to hold it on one Saturday instead. I was supposed to be involved in this event but I couldn't make it for the briefing session during the hols. Hence, I would not have been in school today... But I was... cos, I had to make an annoucement on behalf of VoiCes to invite the Year 1s to join us. SO...

A Shout Out to current VoiCes... First meeting will be on Mon, 30th May, 6pm @ 05-25... We will meet at the seating area outside 05-25 first. Meeting dates to be revised after the first practice.

The concert was quite well done, esp the dances and Kay's singing... =) Great job Kay! Thanks alot! After that, I left to meet my mom and my sister to go for the Food Festival at ExpO. It was SUPER CROWDED!!! But still, we left with some yummy bak kua and some other nic naks...

Will plunge into school work full turbo mode next week... But... I really miss work... so to those from HWP reading my blog... I MISS YOU ALL.... I miss work too... ARGH... Have a good weekend pple.. =)

-Last Day Of WorK-

Though it wasn't really my last day at work since I'll still be back there for the first half of Tuesday... still, it felt like a last day...

My colleagues gave me a lunch treat at this spanish restaurant at the corner of tras street... Food was ok except we were all smoked cos the kitchen's ventilator went bonkers. After lunch, we went to explore the newly opened 7/11 just 2 doors away from our firm! And I ran into Mingo... turns out her office just shifted over to tras street and occupies the newly painted orange shophouse at the end of our street... ^.^

I think I'm gonna miss work... I have great companions at work... they gave me presents despite knowing I would most likely be back again for my attachement. *Sigh* Guess I would be frequenting Tanjong Pagar pretty often from now till September... Haha..

School's starting soon! Can't wait to get started and finish up with the semester. =) But first, must enjoy the long weekend! Chill out people!!

Oh YES, BUDAK is ON 10th June!! Interested parties please let me know by end of this month!!!

One more week to the start of Year 3...

This hols have been quite a fulfilling one I guess. Apart from being extremely exhausted from work, I've managed to enjoy myself for quite abit as well.

Took half day yesterday to have fun with with the usual gang... =) Think it has been like almost a year since we last went ktv with each other! Yet, the mood is better than ever! The guys did their usual ooo ahhh for their songs, Zj did his jacky songs and even change a few lyrics yesterday that tickled the hell out of us! Kun did his jonathan lee piece once again and Bin captured it on video on her cam! Haha.. After ktv, we had dinner at the zi cha place, like the last time. Treated Juan cos her birthday is round the corner. So, an early shout:

She brought back news from HK too on how happy our dear xiaomei is over there... heard that she should be coming back real soon for a visit. Hopefully a super long one!! Eh, tell me when exactly you are coming back k?? Can't wait ah....

K, last week of work... interestingly, I think I'm going to miss it... all the writs, the judgment... nvm, shall be back there soon I believe.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Haha... so many birthdays since last wed till today. My weekend kicked off with the desheng's birthday celebration at Pasir Ris PA chalet. ThE same chalet where I held my birthday last year. They even got the same unit! Haha... WeLL, I must shout out to those guys who BBQ the dinner... the chicken was fantastic!!! =)

Then I celebrated May's birthday yesterday with most of the choir gang at TM cartel. There sure was lotsa laughter with new jokes being thrown in and with the 4 rounds of Zhong Ji Mi Ma where we had Bin swallowing the remains of a lasagne dish and Gene, Kiat and Jason swallowing down bread with mustard, chilli, cheese and sugar I think... Ewwwww.... Lucky Kiat was there... otherwise, I would be the one eating the mixture of bread and company! Hahah... Thank You dear...

After lunch, I went shopping for baby stuff and headed down to Karen Ma Ma's house! Her little boy is adorable! And she said that I'm THE first friend who actually got to see the baby with open eyes on first visit! Haha. Bought the young one a bib, a teether and a bathing pack. And, not forgetting the mother of course, I got her 2 bottles of bird nest. Luckily I got work this hols. Otherwise might not be able to afford those stuff!

Yesterday was spent at the MAY DAY CARNIVAL cum CONCERT! Boy did I enjoyed myself!!!! Firstly, it was free. Secondly, I got to see, Taufik Batisah, Sly Sim, Ning Baizura, my favourite Budak Pantai and Frances Yip!!!!! These artists really blew the night away and rocked the crowd! Ning Baizura and Frances Yip had great interaction with the crowd and Budak Pantai woo the crowd too! =) I certainly enjoyed myself tremendously with Kiat and Chinks! Yoz Chinks! You must send me those pictures we took of the artists!!

As for today... I started off the day with a short cycling exercise with my mom and my younger sister at Pasir Ris Park. This was my birthday present to my Mommy... =) Then, we headed to Ding Tai Fung at TM for lunch with my elder sister and Daddy. I finally got to eat the famous Xiao Long PaO!!!! *YummY* Too bad I didn't get to try their chicken soup though cos it ran out!

Then, I headed to Downtown East with Kiat, JuN, JusT and her sister. We tried the Viking, this flying ride and the rollar coaster! Hahah... me being so full, I just couldn't go for any more rides. Then, we headed to Wild Wild Wet! YEAH, after talking about going to WWW for sOOOoooOO long, we finally went down todaY! JuN, Just, Kiat and me went for slides, waves and had a splashing great time! Guess we should try going down again with the whole gang!

OK, time to round things up.. one thing for sure, this was a great weekend and great expenditure week too! Haha... just got 2 new bags from metro too! *YaWn* Time to go now, need to recharge and get back to work! Till the next time then... Continue enjoying the hols pple!!!!
