A wEEk has passed!!! ... Another 3wEEks to gO befoRe sCh staRts agaiN! ... Can'ts believe it... hahaha... and i stiLL have not gotteN my rOOm tidied! =P

The wEEk passed by as usual... had diNNeR with those few on thuR at blk85... shaLL be changing venue sOOn!!! Queen's coming back, so we shall finally change venue to KatOng!! hahaha... this thuR ya guys? Those who reads my blog, no excuse that u dunno ya?? =P

I spent my Fri early afternoon catching up with doRiS deaR. She cooked a spread foR me ah! She really 'little housewife' in the making. Hee... The fooD was really nice, had swEEt and souR poRk, cashew nut with chicken, one vege dish and coRn souP! Though i couldn't really dRink the souP but Really, nice... thanks doRis!!! =) I had a great time catching up with heR that day! But the best part happened when i was about to exit from her house i guess. HeR cousin was staying with heR and i was nearing the dooR and juz then, her cousin came outta the bathroom, there came the 'turn round once, look and turn back THEN, turn round again' and i went "This is uR cousin?!?!?"
SmaLL woRld it is really, he's someone who's in TP BUS sch oso, sUkchiNg's fren. Hahaha... guess the last few wEEks aRe really meant for me to realise that, the world is really smaLL!! So many many frenz-knowing-other-frenz kinda connection!

YesteRday was a moRe exciting day foR me... cos i went for the navy open house, really early in the morning!(i'm glad i did... the queue was really long when the bus took us back to expo!) Though i din get to try any of those rides, i am still really contented! Those ships i saw are really magnificent! Dunno why, i juz got this 'awe' feeling when it comes to military stuff... =)
Zaid went along with me, we were suppose to go to LOTR's exhibition but biN went to suppoRt her softball team in the moRning so we decided, since i dun really noe softball weLL and theRe's this rare open house, both me and zaid wiLL go for this before picking her up and head foR science centRe! Had taken quite a few photos with those subs and ships! There's even a RSS BedOk?? hahaha... NICE! Its one opeN house i'll nV foRget!!!
Then, we went to science centRe! Zaid had hired a caR so i got to drive. =) We had arranged so long to go foR this exhibition so wheN we finally went yesteRday, we were like so absorbed in the whole exhibition! it was really nice... too bad we went late so we din catch the trilogy movie... daRn... But stiLL, GREAT exhibition! The evenstaR pendant was so so nice too! I was so tempted to get it... but its really expensive... hahaha... Can't wait to get my hands on the LOTR-Return of the King vcd!!!
Leaving science centre, zaid drop me off at sommerset wheRe i enjoyed myself with Awi's singings as his band jammed away at the area next to Heeren's. Sinthu was there with me. Sophia and Efhem and this other guy was theRe too! Really nice!

OK... i betteR go! StaRting woRk at 2pm today!!! moRe sooN... =)

*YawN* I juz woke abt an hr agO... Haha... yeaH... piG... I noe... BuT can't be helped I supposed. BeeN really tired with aLL those late nite chats I had last wEEk and I'm down with flu... sUmhOw, I'll alwiz be down with flU at least twice a yR..

DuN have to woRk today! Centre's closed... so feeL kinda relaxed... beeN resting since yesterday... stayed home and watched tv... and I also managed to pack away my notes for the sem... making room for those new notes coming in next mth! guess I'm going to aim to make my rOOm a little more spacious over the wEEk... hopefully i'll succeed... =)

TuE's mEEting for camp sunshine was pretty ok... though the meeting started late, things were done so quite ok... i din get to go drop by my aunt's place to see my two darlings but its ok... might drop by this week or next.

TheN it was woRk as usual tiLL ThuR... Me and my mom went to my aunt's house cos its javier's b-day but apparently, my cousin-in-law took leave to bring them out so after waiting for half-an-hR, we went to tampines to walk walk before i met juN and chaR to get juaN's present. The usual gang was meeting up for dinneR at Blk 85 Bedok to celebrate juaN's b-day! Got her a pen with heR name craved on it and a bouquet of small pink lilies... I noE juaN loves daisies but we got her that before so I decided to get her lilies instead.
We definitely enjoyed ourselves once again... stiNgraY, Oystal Egg, Satay, BBQ chicken, Ba ChoU mEE and Peanut soup with Glutinous Rice balls... YuM!!! GueSS i shld arrange sumthing like that when julven comes back in 3weeks time?? By then, almost eveyone would be around! Queen's coming back real soon too! =) TheN i shld arrange a KTV session then a dinneR session at Blk 85...
The night was enhance by a phone call... Ching called me from melbourne! I had told her to call in the evening instead of afternoon since there will be so much more pple around... everyone had a chance to tok to her and I know she enjoyed it... I definitely enjoyed it! Its been so long since i last heard her voice! Can't wait to see her soon!

Initially, me and jun was supposed to go to Blk 85 to meet the rest first while ChaR go attend maSS before joining us... in the end, we joined her for mass as weLL! It was a pretty different experience as compared to the one i had at the Novena Catholic Church... quite nice actually...

KuN and ChaR came by on Fri morning... But my comp is stiLL not fixed. Apparently, kuN needs the mother board driver before he can reformat the comp, sumthing that my dad doesn't have. Also, my comp is really too old. To reformat the comp, KuN says its like curing a 100yr old man. HaiZ... not to mention, there's the Trojan horse virus as weLL. Seems like i do have to start saving for a new comp.
Then 3 of us went swimming... it was quite fun, with KuN doing his 'stunts' in the pooL.

SaT moRning was spent with Nuraini at Legal Aid Bureau... It was a voluntary thing that i signed up for last sem... diN expect theM to call me in cos there wasn't any news from them last hols... It was quite an experience. Though its a Sat, there were still quite a few pple who came in for legal aid and we helped look after the kids while their parents talk to the advisors.. All in all, i learned many many new things that morning...

Then i went home to rest before going out diNNeR with Jo and her family and grandma... brought her to this coffee shop at Queenstown area... HeaRd its well known for good food and duRing peak houRs, one can Really wait very very long... TheN, we dropped by Dua Ku's house to see the great grandson... This little fellow is really big for his age! I can't recall but i duN tink he's one yet and he weighs 10kg? .. ReaLLy BiG .. AfteR sending grandma back, Ah Choo aunty managed to convince mom to go watch Bullet Proof Monk at SICC so all of us went. Me, JO, JiN and ToM played a game of table tennis before we watch the movie. LotsA laughter and lotsa sweat as we try to hit the ball continuously.. =) The movie was not bad. I din watch it then. TheN i got to drive home... =)

Thats about it i suppose... Prob still have dinner with the choiR pple this thuR.. other then that, there's the Lord of the Rings exhibition to look forward to! Should be going on sun with zaid and biN... So long for now... moRe later... =) CheeRs for the wEEk!

Ok, my hands are freezing... hope the meeting wun be too long... then maybe drop by to say hi to jermaine and javier... =) my two darlings... hahaha....

Time flies... Yes it does... i'm left with 5 weeks of hols only! Sure need to make the best of it!!! =)

ThE wEEkend had been a pretty bz one. Went to watch a Dance and Mikado performance by AJC on sat at Kallang Theatre... AJC was celebrating their 20th anniversary... I went with char, jun and hafiz (his gf was performing) and the 3 of us (gals only) recalled those days of Mikado in our jc days... we sure miss those days truly! And seeing nelson in his usual blue jacket, playing the piano and conducting the singers... gosh i really miss singing in a choiR!!! *ArgH* I dun think my mom's anger towards choiR will eveR disappeaR... I juz hope that i'll have my right to join back choiR when i turn 21, which is pretty soon OR after i graduate from TP... i juz need to tolerate somemore i guess... =P

Yesterday, my kOr celebrated his 21st b-day at his friend's place's clubhouse. Most of the choir gang were there except juan who had jap class... It was quite fun, nice food and i actually ran into OLD frenz! YuP... its definitely a small world... he is a person that i rem i was on quite good terms with in P4 days but sumhow, i can't recall why we lost touch after... and i saw him yesterday!!! Dun tink he recognise me and i din approach him as well... but my kOr will find out for me if he's who i tink it is... but more or less shld be ba since his name is the same... haha... cooL... to have met old frenz. kOr also noe some other pri sch mates of mine too! small world... =)

Think there's sumthing wrong either with my server or with blogspot... can't open my frenz blog pages... *sigh* juz gotta check in sch tmr! yUp, meeting for camp sunshine!

Last sat, i was asked to go to the kumon centre at tampines instead... and there were many, many students! it was really tiring but still ok i guess but i def miss those students at EP side... =) Off i go to get ready to work!

Me, char, jun and kun got together for a ktv session today. zj joined us later in the afternoon as well which made kun felt better cos.. haha.. he din know he was going to be the only guy for today's session! He din noe that gene couldn't make it today... hahaha... =P But we sure had a great time! Its been such a long while since i went for a ktv session! I muz say cha xuan is a pretty updated ktv place... i sure wun mind frequenting it often! Esp now that char signed on as a member... hee... =)

*SigH* still can't get my msn working... ARGH... thankfully though, think tagboard is back into good working condition again! xiaomei, tag more often ok? i think i haf to tolerate on till the day i get a new comp... which might be forever? do mail me or sms me if u'll coming back ok? sure look forward to that day! =)

HEYHEY... its been quite awhile... =) amazing how this is... hmm... can consider as my third week of hols? i ended my exams about a week earlier anyway... =) But its only now that i can really enjoy my hols. YuP, cos i've gotten my exam results... to those who care about my results, i did juz fine... =) better than expected actually... SO, i like to shout a BIG THANK YOU to my Lord, my God!!! Thank u for listening to my prayers and stayed with me.... =)

Ok... for the past few days, been kinda bz and not bz... haha... bz when i'm working in the evenings of cos. i celebrated my mom's birthday on the 2nd of may at crystal jade in taka! its been awhile since i last ate dim sum and it really tasted heavenly! YuM... then, we went shopping around taka before going home.

Then, i brought my aunt and mom to eat dim sum again on thur... we went to bugis parco to try out the dim sum on conveyor belt restaurant. The food was OK... but it reminded me so much of Sakae Sushi!!! And seriously, the fried doufu and chawanmushi taste much better at Sakae!!! Even my aunt agreed... hahaha... sure feels good to go out with my aunt... its like the first time i bring her out for lunch?? =)

Fri was work as usual... then came sat... Zhihui celebrated his birthday at aloha loyang... its quite a nice place! In fact, if i'm not wrong, its the chalet that my uncle used to book every year for the whole family from my mom's side... but this tradition was stopped quite long ago... i sure miss those days... I had fun catching up with my class guys and justine and teri... not all the class gals went. Dunno if they are invited in the first place too.. haha... the food was quite nice and i met a familiar face as well. The world is definitely small! Seems like SN Goh is Zhihui's aunt as well... but din talk to her. Justine recognised her as well. We took a couple of photos and poor Zhihui got pillared as well... its gross but still... haha... expected la... I shudder to tink wat will happen to me when i celebrate my birthday! But i tink i noe wat's coming too... cos my lovely 'daddy' has already said i'll be dunked... *shrug* watever... once in a lifetime only... haha!

Sun was Mothers' Day... Uncle Stevens invited us to lunch at this Jade restaurant orchard area.... had really nice dim sum plus sharkfins and some shell thing that is suppose to be an expensive delicacy i tink... hahaha... (wats with me and dim sum for the week?!?!) aunty choo and her family plus grandma were there too... i had woken up at 4am that morning to pick up my dad from the airport. He came back from China... then slept for an hr or so before meeting them for lunch. Really tired but still ok...
After lunch, we went to see uncle steven's new house... also in orchard area... it sure was big! so big... its equivalent to a 3 floor bungalow i think... cool place really but not really ready yet, still got some water feature to add on...
Then, though i was kinda sleepy already, i went shopping with jo... its been awhile since i went out with her... had a great time walking around at raffles city and PS... haha... i bought the chocolate from austria too!!! AH.... the taste was perfecto! Sure reminded me of the days in Austria... *sigh* thats like so long ago!

Yesterday, i finally met up with BIN!!! Went out with her and zaid to pasir ris for awhile to check out chalets before we had lunch at SAKAE SUSHI!!! I had the cravings for it since the dim sum conveyor belt place... haha... we had the buffet, which is really worth it and i'm really satisfied! Felt really good to talk to bin too after soOOooooooo long!!! Will see her again real soon tOO! THis sunday... celebrating my KOR's b-day... will blog abt it then! This time round, there should be nearly full attendance of the whole choir gang i think! =) Can't wait!

I'm now in sch... hEE... yup, sch!!! Had meeting for camp sunshine juz now.. I'm in charge of fund-raising for this camp and i really hope all of us will be able to raise the sum that we need. The meeting was pretty productive i would say.. many interesting ideas... and its all feasible ideas too! Now i juz need to make a few calls and start going to places to check out those 'goods'... =) Sure feels good that i can finally relax for the hols! In fact, i think this hols are going to be much much better than last hols! Last hols was tiring... now, i'm really happy working at Kumon and all... the kids are ADORABLE!!!!

This week is going to be a pretty bz week for me too... i've got ktv session on thur with choir pple and going for Mikado performance by AJC at Kallang theatre on sat... then hopefully watching Van Helsing with my 'daddy' and 'uncle' on sun in the afternoon then gene's b-day party in the evening... i sure look forward as my third week proceeds! =) MoRe till then...

The laughter began as the few of us gathered at the void deck of may's block... we were writing may's card and i urged gene to decorate the card alittle cos its still kinda plain... i juz din noe how to deco it further... and gene came up with a stupid design!!! wahahaha.... its really veri bad of us... but he drew it anyway... fOOtpRiNts.... he drew enlarging fOOtprints across the card that leads to the drawing of a gigantic pair of shoe sized 21!!! hahaha... *OOps* guess only the choiR pple will be able to appreciate the significance of fOOtprints... hee... and as usual, we got kiat to present the bouquet of 21 roses-20pink and 1white to may... hahahaha.... =P

The food was not bad... hey, she can cook spaghetti!!!! hahaha.... the salad... hmmm... was better than the last time? the time where she made a huge container for our pinic i think a yr back?? And she ordered canadian pizza... Plus her famous almond jelly!!! Matt, yuxian, sinwei, wendy, bernard and jason went too... and we had a pretty good time getting her to read the card and open her present before us too! much laughter!!!! haha... juz glad she liked all her little presents! =)

I left at 10mins to 4pm... had to go grandma's house to enjoy yet another feast... the food was yummy... from fried chicken to curry chicken, vege and fruit curry, fish, mee, egg tofu.... yum.... managed to catch the first part of spirited away too... it was one movie that i was supposed to catch on new year's eve 2 years back but din get to in the end.... *sigh* still din get to see all of it cos mom started making noise... *sigh* nvm.... till i'm able to afford the vcd... unless my elder sis is going to get... haha.... really poor... hee...

Ok... thats for today... i still need lotsa sleep... haha.... *PiG* off i go to watch the wu jian dao 2.... the show is really quite nice... =) this hols is going to be much better than the last one! at least, i'll be able to catch up on those good movies that i missed out!!! =)

Kinda tired... dunno why, muz be cos i lack of sleep?? haha... yup, lack of sleep! sure sounds weird right? esp when my exams are over... but i am really tired... cos i haf not been able to sleep till the late hours of morning... *sigh* somehow, i'll just wake up at the sound of my mom's voice... things at home aren't going too well... but lucky though, i'm still able to 'soften' my mom down eventually such that the morning gets back its peace.

I'm actually quite happy with myself today... cos... i managed to bring my mom to watch movie with me?!?! haha... yup... i think the movie kinda did her some good too... at least she really relaxed and laugh her way through... the movie was really worthy of those laughter too! YUP, we went to watch 50 First DateS!!! wahahaha.... its really a movie I wun mind watching again... hee... to those who still haven't catch it, do go... it'll really brighten ur day....

It definitely did for me... though i did had a headache as well (muz be due to the lack of sleep)... and the children i taught today... erm... kinda attitude problem for a couple of them... haiz... the Principal was kinda excited today too cos there were people who came down to film the centre for about 1/2 an hr? For what purpose... hmm ... dunno.... haha... i think i was too hungry to think then but i only got to had my dinner at 740pm? Cos that student i was handling.... haiz... nvm..... at least i'm not juz doing marking work now... =)

Me, just, zj, gene and char went to get may's present yesterday at TM... finally settled on a bag, lip gloss, nail polish, one choker and one handphone accessory-the rice capsule thing with her name on it and the words 'WE LoVe U!!!' on it! hahaha.... going to get her a bouquet of flowers too... =) Sure look forward to going over to her house tmr... hope that her culinary skills have improved since the last time??? ... *ehem* wahaha.... Oh weLL.... wiLL update tmr!!! OOps.... its later!!! hahaha.... Bleah~
