-fLu & diLemMa-

The exams are finally over...

I guess the papers of the last semester are truly the toughest we have ever sat for.

In Daph's words, "The teachers must miss us loads... they can't bear for us to graduate!"

Nevertheless, its over. Time to enjoy? Indeed. Yet, I'm down with the flu buggie...

I can't recall when was the last time I had a cold this bad but it has certainly affected my appetite. For the record, I've failed to finish my food for the past week and this is not a good sign... cos to most of my friends, I'm known to have an appetite that surpasses theirs half the time. And I never enjoyed wasting food.

I WANT MY APPETITE BACK... ... ...

Now that the exams are over, I'm back to square one. Making the decision.

A decision that I have yet come to make despite pondering over it in the past months.

-sigh-

On another note, its really ticklish seeing a lecturer leading worship in church. Its like seeing him in a different light altogether. Then again, the experience is quite an enjoyable one. I realise, worship songs are really easy to sing along to. Its how the tune are just... adaptable and easy to sing along to! =)

-Geriatric AfterNooN-

Spent most of my afternoon with the older generation... =)

Went to visit my eldest uncle who is hospitalised @ CGH and ran into my second uncle, eldest aunt, aunt lin and my cousin. Thankfully, he looks well and should be discharged by tomorrow. Me, mom and aunt lin then made our way to Tampines and headed to visit another relative @ the old folks home. Spent an hour or so there chit chatting and Kah Yee Po's memory is as good as ever! Hahahah... Its nice to listen to the older generation banter. There's still the touch of good old gossip and wise words in between the lines.

Had my first paper this morning. Guess it was do-able. At least, I didn't read through the questions during reading time and start to panick. Thankfully, was able to complete the paper in time. -cross fingers-

Two more papers to go! Can't wait actually... though it also means that I would need to make a decision between comfort zone and challenging grounds. Ah well, till then... I just hope my mind would keep focus on the exams and stop wondering off to this topic.

Lovely sun
Aching arms
Pouring rain
Huddled warmth
A Ho & a Wong... along with a BP...
Good company indeed... =)
--- thank you all, for the laughter ---
& to the Wong, it was great conversation alright... Hahahahah..

-Did U gEt a PlayPack?-

Just got the photos from d@n... Thanks d@N!! These pictures are long due actually.. This "PlayPacks 4 Pakistan" event was a joint event held on the 10th Jan this year, by the radio stations and Mercy Relief. Each playpack cost $10 and the playpacks would be sent to the children in Pakistan. Budak was invited to sing for the event so as usual, I went down to lend my support, along with d@n, KuN and Alicia. We bought 2 PlayPacks and wrote the above msgs (the one on the top left corner) ^.^

-Events iN tHe paSt wEEk-

Yeah! Finally, time to reminisce events in the past week!

Choir gang met up for our annual v-day gathering @ Sketches, Bugis Junction last Tue. Some were pleasantly surprised to see Ching! We had a great time catching up with each other and took photos as usual!

And here are photos of the food and dessert we had...

Then it was time for the long-awaited Incanto @ ACM on Fri! An event where one gets to see the transformation of both students and teachers! A big thank you to Ms Wong for gracing the event too! =)

And here are some moments of the night.. where Azi danced with Akram and Melvyn had to say a poem to his date, Gladys, on his knees, using 4 words provided by the audience! (which includes fish, ice-cream and I can't rem now.. haha)

Me, Nad, Azi, Tania, Candy, Naz, Izhary, YoL and Marcus shared a hotel room at Fullerton Hotel that night and here are the magic and hilarious moment, esp where Marcus decided to become the waiter for the night.

I ended the week with a gathering, which thinking back, I think I actually meet up with my primary school mates once in 5 years! Hahaha.. Yesterday's gathering was quite successful too, with a total of 12 of us! =) 10 years since graduating from MBS and still able to meet up... not too bad indeed! ^.^

Now its back to accounting work for Incanto and its time to study for exams... Cheers!

-Camera Whores Not-

After the prom meeting last Sat, most of the comm members headed to KFC across school for lunch. I had my camera with me so... we took photos of course! But I was kinda too lazy to upload it when I was blogging last Sat so here they are! (Omg, I looked really tired in the above photo don't I?)

SOmeonE, I can't remember who, made the comment about "camera whores"... Well, its not alright... Photos bring such good memories!!

Ok, I better go get ready to get out of the house! Its the annual v-day gathering dinner today!! I just met Char yesterday for a short shopping trip and ran into Mikey! Haha.. Char was saying how she was stunned when me and Mike greeted each other. Guess we were a little too loud... Hahaha..

Chris was saying that my face in the previous post still look the same, the one where I did the photo magic thingyee to me and my sisters. Hence, in an attempt to prove him wrong, here is another larger photo of what I would look like had my right and left face are in portion...

So as you can see, I would look different, just like my two sisters. =P

Can't wait for ACP test to be over tmr and the mediation proj to be completed on Thur!! Cheers!

-KeYs tO YouR hEarT-

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.

In love, you feel the most alive when your partner is patient and never willing to give up on you.

You'd like to your lover to think you are loyal and faithful... that you'll never change.

You would be forced to break up with someone who was insecure and in constant need of reassurance.

Your ideal relationship is comforting. You crave a relationship where you always feel warmth and love.

Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.

You think of marriage as something precious. You'll treasure marriage and treat it as sacred.

In this moment, you think of love as something you don't need. You just feel like flirting around and playing right now.

-3---------2---------1-

3------------- TWP Quiz 2 on Monday the 6th

2------------- ACP final test on Wednesday the 8th

1------------- Mediation Project recording session on Thursday the 9th

And Voila! One week study break followed by 3 exam papers on the 20th, 22nd and 23rd...

-Whew- Its been like the longest yet shortest semester I ever had.

Was supposed to head to Mrs Tan HS's house for visitation today, but nobody seemed interested. Hence, it was called off at the very last minute. Ah well.. no comments.

I'm looking forward to the week ahead, it being the last week of tutorials and lectures and string of activities would spur me ahead.

The most important of all... Ching is heading to town!!! It may be 5 days only but I sure would spend as much time with her as possible! =) Can't wait to see her tmr..

Then there's the annual vday gathering on Tue, annual family dinner on Wed, Prom nite on Fri followed by a night's stay at Fullerton's. ^.^

I finally got to meet Mrs Serena Low for lunch last Thur!!! Its been like 4 coming 5 years since I last met her! Chelle came by school to meet her for a short while as well.

Then S03 met up for dinner at Miss U Cafe! It sure felt more like a gal's night out cos Chris was the only guy, who turned up in an orange t-shirt which was similar to what the serving staff was wearing in the cafe! Hahahah.. Photos time!
