-HappY CNY-

Happy CNY people...

CNY to me... is trying to stay up as late as I could on the eve as the old sayings go, the longer we stay up, the longer our parents would live. I broke the record this year, managed to stay till 6am!

The first day was spent like any other year. Visted Grandma followed by my eldest Aunt, my late Grandpa's sister and my third Uncle. The second day was open house to my other relatives and finally, today.. Just went to the temple this morning and had an unpleasant experience which I rather not relate.

Before CNY eve, a lesson that I had learned from long ago was re-emphasised..

When things go wrong, its not important as to whose fault it was, for life's too short to remember or chase after those who have faulted. Nor should we avoid what has gone wrong, but find a proper solution to address the matter at hand.

-Thanks to Chris-

I was about to log off the computer and start studying for IP test and continue my ACP proj when suddenly, a thought came across my mind...

It was a remark made by Chris... He said, to know if one has a perfect face, just take half of your face, copy and paste and match it together. And this was what I did...

Presenting... the 3 sisters of the TaN family... obviously, my sisters and I don't really look like the following...

-ThinGs dOnE & uNdoNe-

Its been awhile since I blogged...

Cos the projects are just endless and deadlines are so close to each other, I'm practically living for each deadline instead of the future. Nor am I living everyday to the fullest. Its just projects, quizzes, meetings and tutorials...

Gone are ACP divorce proj, TWP proj 1, Arbi proj, Arbi test, IP proj and TWP quiz 1.

Soon to be gone over this week are B&F proj, ACP accident proj, IP test and B&F test.

To be gone after CNY are ACP insolvency proj, TWP proj 2, Mediation test, TWP quiz 2, ACP test and Mediation Proj.

Managed to help out a little during TP Open House where once again, I provided an insight for our course to interested students and sold our course to the best of my abilities. And I actually received 2 'good luck' for my last sem after talking to the various groups of people. =) It was good encouragement, what I need at the moment...

Managed to bake cookies for CNY as well... thankfully, I completed the orders for this year despite the crazy mad rush or projects and tests. Thanks to my B&F group mates too, for their considerations and understanding. =)

It should get better soon... Yup, it should... In the meantime, I shall try to press on!!!

-Oops-

Left out the photo taken during the BP concert with Rosyne and Daphne... Hahaha.. Hmm, my arm looks a little thicker in this photo eh? Thanks Terence! For emailing me this photo!

-GloomY daYs arE FinaLLy OveR-

YAY!!!

Gloomy days are finally over! Though I suppose everyone would start complaining about the hot weather but nevertheless, I am really glad the rainy days are over!!! ^.^

Those dark days were just super gloomy and with those project deadlines and aLL, I hardly had the mood to blog. Hence, I blogged about the "Have U Ever WondeR" series that I created from common topics of the society. But I believe I would start blogging proper now that the dark days are over! Muahahah...

Lets see... the following blabbering is a little overdue but still... the good memories of 2005...

1. Project Twinkle - Xrothia Sentosa held in January

2. 1st working experience with a law firm aka HWP in April-May

3. 1st time to Escape Theme Park and Wild Wild Wet in May

4. Received my 1st Creative MP3 player in May
(courtesy from the school for "I Love TP because..." post card contest)

5. PCK Musical in June

6. Performed in Wasbe along with West Winds in July

7. Carnival @ Marina Bay and Fireworks in August

8. Drove family car on my own for the first time in August
(while buying baking ingredients and location scouting for prom)

9. Law BBQ in September

10. Started islanding in September

11. Survived SIP with R&D in September-December

12. 1st time to QRP in November

13. Budak Concert in December

14. Audrey's wedding in December

15. Karent's wedding in December

16. Carolling in December

& the numerous gatherings, makan & chatting sessions I had in the Year 2005 ^.^

It has been a great year indeed... Now for photos!!!!

I finally got the photos from Joann! Thanks!! Here are the photos taken during Karent's wedding. Interestingly, Karent knows my primary school mate, JW and my JC schoolmates - Joann and Joanna! Joann worked at CGH as well but I really got to know her better with Karent as our link. =)

Though this isn't really the first Choir gathering of the Year 2006, (cos we had our first one at ZJ's house) this is by far the fullest attendance ever! 11 of us were aLL present save for Eugene that is... Hahaha..

I forgot to take a picture of the dessert I had so I took a photo of the menu instead.. Ha.. Frosted Chocolate Malt... YummY!

And here is KuN, striking a pose for Char's new phone as his caller ID... the sign is almost like his trademark... Hmmm... eh, Kun, go and try registering this sign lah... Hahahahah

Then he showed us the backing of his phone. He actually lost the cover in Sydney!! All of us thought it was hilarious. ^.^

-Have U Ever Wonder III-

Have you ever wonder what makes men visit child prostitution?

To the extend where their wives actually follow them on such expeditions?

Is that a way to salvage the marriage?

Or are they simply sick in mind???

Have you ever wonder... what the world is becoming into???

-Have U EveR WondeR II-

Have U ever wonder...

The minds of thieves...

What pushes them to go beyond morality...

Is it the thrill of committing something against the law...

Or is it pressure from the environment...

Or are they submitting to poverty, without the willingness to try again?

What is the right way? Or are they wrong all the time?

-Have U ever Wonder-

Have you ever wonder... the mindset of mistresses?

What is their driving force?

Is it money?

Is it attention?

Is it lethal attraction?

Or is it threats and lies?

Take away all the above... could there be true love?

Could love exist between persons who have simply... met at the wrong time?

-Not aLL bUt mOst-

BiN, Julven & mE... this picture was taken @ Hanz where we met up for the first time after Julven came back. =)

S03's gathering at Thai Express @ P.S.!!! The whole grp had a great time catching up together and took loads of pictures!!!

I started the New Year with service @ K.Y. Church in the morning where showers of thanks were given to Budaks for their great concert!

And after the service, we headed to KahKeh's house (which is the first house that I have been that I can get lost in), for lunch! This is a photo of his Koi Pond...

Budak Photo taking time with the production crew. Shot Number 1 - where everyone is getting into position...

Shot Number 2 - Everyone is smiling!!! Hahaha... From top left - Elaine, Danny, KahKeh, Michael, Gordon, Juwanda... Bottom left - mE, JoE, Terence & Marcia!

Shot Number 3 - When everyone's been smiling too much... =) There were 4 cameras!

After that, I headed to ZJ's house where mE, Char, Jun, Justina, Julven, ZJ, Juan & Bf had a feast of beef rendang, ham, wholewheat bread, french loaf, yummy mashed eggs (by justina, jun & zj), chicken and for dessert... homemade chocolate fondue!!!

Then a few of them decided to retreat to the game of majong after dinner and so, I took more photos!

Bluemoo had lunch treat at COCO steamboat at International Building yesterday, no photos of my own as the battery died on me but i managed this one shot of the dessert we had after... fondue again at Coffee Connection with Joe and Liselle!!!
