The second last day of school...

Feeling kinda relieved... In the sense, I actually passed client interview. Ms lim had mentioned that many people had failed and I kinda juz freaked out. Well, its time I say... Thank You Lord... once again, U've pulled me through... Thank You... Guess I should be able to pass Lcomm now. Just gotta see how I've done for opinion writing, which I will know by tomorrow?

The past few days had been a little weird. The mood of mine just seem to go lower and lower each day. Guess, its time I get used to certain things and get new habits? Geez, sure sounds like I'm applying what I've learnt in psycho am I not? Haha... But yeah, gotta get new habits. Ever since the review lecture for lcomm, I've been doing some reflections and I think there is a need for changes to be made over the hols.

I watched naruto till 6am this morning... just can't seem to stop myself, I'll just keep on continuing and continuing till the laptop that I borrowed from my sister feels really really hot! Gee, I hope I don't ruin it, 3K isn't something that I can afford at this moment in time!

Oh yes, yesterday I had a student asking me if I take off my clothes when I shower?!?! ... Kids nowadays are really... erm... well... getting more and more "interesting"?? Haiz... I'm still quite amazed by that question.

Kinda looking forward to tomorrow, cos that kinda means I've only 3 subjects to focus on. At the same time, kinda feels like I'm running out of time. But I do know, like I've always said, Time Flies... I'll be blogging about the end of my exams before I know it I'm sure.

Today is a long day... I'm waiting for psychology class to start and after that, psycho lec. Then we're having meeting for Camp Twinkle. Hope it wun take too long cos I told mom I'll eat at home to save money.. hahaha... =) More soon...

To Bin - Really miss you, take care ok? I've told you so many a times, but I'll say again, we're just a ring away. See ya soon ok? Please rem I've booked you on the 9th October 2004... Dinner ok?

To the rest of the Choir Gang, those who read my blog that is... - We'll meet on 9th October for dinner to celebrate our bz gal's day so keep that day free please! Pass the msg around also k?? Stay cheerful and gan batte ne for the last race as the sch term comes to an end again!

Its already the last week of school! Can't believe how fast time flies... the first sem of yR2 is coming to an end. This sem was quite an interesting one i muz say. I had learned to struggle between work, school, home and baking. However, I've decided to stop baking regularly now. To those people who loved the cookies i made, sorry... and to those who have been helping me bake, THANK YOU!!! I will still bake... for all of u who have the craving for the cookies... however, it will probably be a 2-3 mth basis instead of every 2-3 wks... meaning, i will bake only when i have enuff orders?

Now that school is coming to an end, all projects have finally ended as well. Today, i submitted my last project, an individual contract project... here, i like to thank alvin, who guided me and kept me awake last nite as i complete the project and tania, who helped print out my work and handed it in for me... THANK YOU! Really happy that projects are finally over... I am really looking forward to the break after the exams... yeah, exams first.. hahah... less than 2wks!! ah...

I do have lots more to say... but i'm hafing a splitting headache... guess i am growing old. Having 2 late nites in a row is no good for me!!! hahaha... Its all alvin's, grace and marcus fault!!!!! For introducing me to naruto that is... hahahaha... i've been hooked onto it and frantically trying to catch up so i can watch the later episodes soon!!!! Eh, i'll catch up soon ok?? Episode 50 liao... another 50 to go.. wahahaha...

In the morning, i had said that i could finally breathe... but for the whole day, i was a walking zombie...

Coughing like mad, i decided not to go to work today... not like i had the voice to teach too... so i asked my "Lao Gong" at work to inform Mrs Tan for me...

Feeling kinda low...

Had gone home straight after printing lcomm tut... nobody was home so after sending an e-mail, i decided to take a nap before waking to shower, eat, then come online to discuss abt crim pro presentation this thur with daph and alvin...

Sadly, mom came back... only to make a big fuss abt me not switching on the lights when i AM home... She din realise, when i got home, it was still bright... and when i took a nap... it was... still bright...

Then she started accusing me... shooting me reasons she came up with to explain why i've been so tired lately... some of the things she said weren't pretty. She din realised... since the one wk break, i've nv slept early... cos i had deadlines to meet... but to her, i was doing sumthing else other than studies. She found a piece of paper stating the address of a restaurant in Harbor Front and she straight away accused me of going there secretly to meet people...

Someone tell me one good reason why i would NOT tell her i'm going to Harbor Front?!?!?!!? She juz assumed based on that freaking piece of paper, WHICH was meant for Kasey... it was the place where our principal was to give a teachers' day treat last wed and Kasey needed to noe where's the place since i couldn't go... so i copied the address for her...

Then she goes on to remind me how i'm a failure... cos if i was that smart, i would be in uni now...

Misunderstood... Yeah... All the time...

I'm back.... w/o voice too... =)

Finally have a chance to breathe... *breathe*
Why? Cos i juz handed in my Lcomm opinion writing... and i completed my part of the psycho group report + the 3 psycho quizzes... =)

Lets see... its been so long since i blogged... haha... frm the last time... YES, Alvin and Marcus saved my computer!!! Hahaha... i can finally use it at the comforts of my home... but... my printer decided to fail me... now, i cannot print anything, which is strange cos the last time i saw the indicator, it clearly stated that the black ink is still half full, dun see why it ran out of ink juz a min later...

Had my contract presentation on the Fri 27/08... personally, i would tink all went pretty well... except for the Q&A part... other than that, it was fine. After the presentation, it was time for CCN day! Once again, sch of business was bustling with life... however, this yr seemed to concentrate alot on chocolate dipping food... frm marshmallow to strawberries... there weren't much stores selling food that are more filling... Azi's store din do that well but at least, they still managed to sell a few cambodia handicraft.

Then came Sat... Candy's b-day at Downtown East! Went to buy flowers with kk after work before making way to Downtown East. On the bus, we managed to see part of the olympics sychronise swimming and it was really really nice!!! We met Tania, Desheng and Azi at the entrance and then went in together. Candy's b-day celebration was a simple one.. few grps of frenz, definitely less disastrous than mine... =) Hers was an ice-cream cake as well! Nice... and she got smashed with it oso.. hahaha... thankfully, nothing like that happened on my b-day... =)

Sunday was spent baking at Zaid's... it was sure a long baking day!!! Had Azi, Kiat and Alvin helping me... we did till like 9plus?? more than 12hrs of hard work! and more than 800 cookies... hee... tink the 3 of them got kinda jelat frm juz the smell of the cookies... =P

Teachers' day is kinda quiet in poly... but i muz say the teachers are appreciative when they do receive gifts. Cos its really not common for them to get presents.

Oh yes... Voices will start soon i suppose!!! hahaha... congrads to DAPHNIE!!! She is our new president... =) told u before... U R THE ONE... hahaha... Muz start recruiting new members before the sch term ends!!

Hmmm... time for me to talk abt the absolutely fantastic performance that i've been to last fri... 3rd Sept @ the Blue Moo cafe, YMCA... yes... BUDAK PANTAI!!! luckily enuff, i did got a table in the end... a table for 8 in fact but kun and zj din go in the end so, there were juz 4 of us... me, Kiat, Azi and Alvin. The waiting may be a little long but it was sure worthwhile!!! Tink i can safely say that both Azi and Alvin enjoyed themselves!! The songs they sang that nite really blew us away... frm their own version of Titanic to Chinese lullaby-Yi Bei Cha and funny lyrics. Bravo i would say... =) Really enjoyed the performance!! Can't wait for their 10th anniversary concert held on the 13th Nov at the Esplanade Concert Hall!! Even Awi told me to remind him... we shall all go togther then... And yes, CONGRATULATIONS to AWI!!! for his new album featuring his indonesian band!!! =)
