The past 5 days had been quite a trial...
From missing files to workload to stoning out more often than usual and mini fights with loved ones...
What a week.
Yet comfort came in different ways...
Like how a commissioner bought herbal chicken soup for me so that I can build up more stamina and withstand the coldness in the office.
How a smile came to my face when my colleague and I bought snacks from the uncle who came in a van.
But nothing beats making a fren happy for her special day.
I had the most wonderful time yesterday night till early morning...
Giraffe is a nice place to dine in - good ambience, great food and good service, save for the waitress who came by to ask us what to do with the candles... in front of the b-dae gal.
Roomful of Blues lived up to its name indeed... My blues were blown away by the singer and guitarist. (Whom I forgot their names!) --- {Added on 14/10/07 - Gilbert and John!}... OOps... Hahahaha... I finished my first glass of Hoegaarden, had the mike pointed to me 3 times with the singer kneeling down on one knee in front of me while singing one of the songs, received 2 comments that I have a nice voice and received 2 flying kisses from the singer.
Time well-spent? Nah...
It was simply priceless...
